I am an artist working in the Yukon, Canada. Kitdottir is my pen name. I have had a passion to draw and paint since I was a kid. I was born in Nairobi, Kenya and grew up in Montreal, Canada. I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Engineering, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus on painting. I have an independent spirit, and find delight in the world. My work is an expression of this, mixed with curiosity, a sense of humor. and current mood undertones. Composition, play of light, color, and narrative all play in the back of my mind, but it is the communication of feelings, imagination, and speaking from the heart that matters to me.
